The best way to find out if you like CrossFit is to do CrossFit! Jump into a trial workout with the friendliest coaches around. Arrive on time, get a detailed explanation of the game plan, work hard, leave happy. Your coach is there to help every step of the way.
If you’re new to CrossFit and want an easy, economical way to learn the basics, then take advantage of our $199 CrossFit Trial Experience. You’ll be placed into a 2-week beginners class and receive 2 privately coached sessions to get you feeling confident and safe navigating our group fitness classes.

Join our community from the list of options in the link below. If you’re new to CrossFit, you will start your first 2 weeks off with our beginner classes. Just sign up for any membership and start coming in! If the beginner classes on the schedule don’t work, see our private session option.
You’ll be participating in group classes utilizing the CrossFit methodologies outlined below.
Workouts can be adjusted in weight, intensity, and certain mechanics to scale to the experience and fitness levels of any individual, be it a total fitness beginner or elite competitive CrossFitter.
CrossFit is designed to be constantly varied, meaning everyday is different so you never get bored. All workouts are based on the core movements of life, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, rowing and more.
All of our CrossFit Classes are coach-led and follow a planned progression roughly 60 minutes in duration and follow this basic structure:
A certified coach will guide you through warming up, followed by movement instruction and demonstration for the workout. The Coach will supervise and correct any movement performed by you during the workout.
The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
Driving directions:
When you are traveling north on Piedmont Road, Miami Circle is the first street on the right after you pass Sidney Marcus Blvd. Once you turn into Miami Circle, you will see CrossFit Buckhead on the LEFT handside next to the antique shop.
PARKING:
To the LEFT of the antique shop, you'll find a small road to our back parking lot. You may also park anywhere on the street on the opposite side of CrossFit Buckhead.
If parking is full:
There is another parking lot down Miami Circle. Turn LEFT at the ROUNDABOUT and into the ATLANTA KICK parking lot (They are our friends!) Park anywhere - except in front of the loading docks - and walk down. Again, DO NOT block our friend's loading dock. Thank you!
